NABERSNZ, Homestar or Greenstar ratings can be improved using our expertise.  

NABERSNZ is a tool used to rate and compare the energy and carbon efficiency of office buildings. It uses a star rating scale from 0 to 6.

We manage and conduct the NABERSNZ rating process and improve NABERSNZ ratings by:

• identifying efficiency opportunities in existing buildings

• managing the use of metering to isolate the consumption of the area being rated.

We can also help improve Homestar and Greenstar ratings by  using energy modelling to address efficiency and occupant comfort at design stage.
